Coverage terms are from the purchase date of this contract or aligned with a current Extended Service Plan's Expiration Date. Current Coverage is NOT Required.

Explained
This Plan provides coverage for all items covered under the manufacturer’s original coverage except a few items listed under “items not covered.”
The Optional Modified Motorcycle Coverage adds coverage for Intake or Exhausts Parts, Performance Programmers and Tuners, Screamin’ Eagle Parts & Accessories.
If the Manufacturer’s Warranty has been FLAGGED—this plan can provide Primary Coverage.
Tune your bike and get loud without worrying about voiding your Extended Service Plan. Your deductible is locked in at $0--no matter where you perform your repairs. (Dealership or Independent Repair Facility)
Nationwide Coverage
Bring your motorcycle to the repair facility of YOUR choice. (Dealership or Independent Repair Facility). The $0 Deductible is the same no matter where you go.
Aftermarket Component Coverage
Approved Aftermarket / Upgraded Components are covered under this plan with the Optional Modified Motorcycle Coverage Endorsement.
Unlimited Mileage Coverage & Renew
Coverage is based on time (years); not mileage. Enjoy the ride!
Claims Department: Normal Business Hours
Processing claims is fast and easy. Either YOU or the Repair Facility can start the process anytime via phone, website, or email.
Emergency Road Service
If ERS is necessary, towing, fuel delivery, minor adjustments, and jump starting can be provided. Total service call is not to exceed a combined $50 limit.
Trip Interruption
This contract doesn't provide a Trip Interruption Benefit.
Renew Coverage
If your motorcycle is less than 12-Years old--we can renew coverage for up to an additional 5-Years.
Transfer Coverage
This Agreement is transferable from the current agreement holder to subsequent vehicle owners provided the request is made in writing, including proof of transfer, a notarized statement of
the odometer reading at time of transfer and the new owner’s name, address, and telephone number, to the Administrator within ten (10) days of change of ownership and payment
of a $50 transfer fee
Cancel Coverage / Refunds
You, or a person authorized by you, may cancel this Agreement by submitting a written request to the Administrator. Include Agreement number, reason for cancellation and
a notarized statement indicating the mileage (odometer reading) of the vehicle at the time of cancellation. Request must be received within thirty (30) days of cancellation
date. You may mail or fax to the above address or email to cancels@ascwarranty.com.
If the Agreement is cancelled within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, you will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee provided you have not entered a claim. If
a claim has been paid in the first thirty (30) days, that amount will be subtracted from your refund along with the cancellation fee. After thirty (30) days, the refund will be
calculated based on dealer cost and on the greater of the time in force or miles driven compared to the total time or mileage of your Term, less a $25 cancellation fee and any
claim(s) paid or
